If you do not have a copy of the driving license and the vehicle's RC in your case, you do not have  to fear the RTO. After the government's new facility, leave the concerns of keeping your required paper hard copy. 

In fact, you can show the soft copy of  driving license and RC book. You can do this work from mobile. For this first you have to download Digi-locker App After downloading you can store your required document. After uploading the document here, you can show soft copy of RTO police. The Government App is completely secure.

In Digi-locker, every required document such as PAN card, passport,mark sheet degree can be stored. if  you want to send your document anywhere, you can directly share the digital copy of the document. Digi-locker App can link users to their google and Facebook account.

Download Digi-locker from Google Play Store,  open it after installation on the welcome you will see two option. One sign will be and the second will be sign up. If you have already created your account then log in by clicking on sign in. If you are going to use it the first time,go to the option of sign up.

Here you have to enter a mobile number. Then there will be an OTP on your registered mobile number. Verification will be done through this. After the verification process is done, you can create your name and password.

To access Digi-locker you need to link support number to it .Click on the option "Tap on link Aadhar" and enter a 12 Digit base number here. After Verification will be done by OTP. Now you can use Digi-locker to store your document.
