1. Healthy people need to take 7-8 hours of sleep in 24 hours a day, but due to work, this sleep is not       complete and the brain gets tired due to which the brain stops working.
2.  Do not take breakfast every morning and do the job without eating it for long.
3.  By eating more than necessary, and especially eating at night while sleeping.
4.  Drinking less water throughout the day, doing so is not only weak but also many other problems         so that water should never be reduced.
5. By doing a lot of work together at one time, there is a lot of effect on the brain and tiredness in the      brain, due to this also the brain becomes weak.
6. By consuming any harmful substances such as BDS, cigarettes, alcohol intake etc.
7. As is being seen today that everyone is so busy at work that he does not have time for himself and      in such a way he worries a lot which works to make the brain the weakest, so the worry is not              much Should do.

Take a bigger utensil and fill it with water. Boil it by adding brown sugar to the water. Then the root of ginger and onions lay in it. Ginger and turmeric flakes after boiling for a while. Keep the fire low when boiling this mixture. After boiling and after boiling, leave it to cool and then put it in the refrigerator.
