According to estimates by the World Health Organization, due to tobacco and smoking diseases, about 5 lakh people die every year. If we calculate, then one person dies every six seconds due to tobacco and smoking diseases. We can easily prevent this from leaving tobacco or smoking habit.

 Smoking damages the lungs of the person and if a person is smoking for more than 5 years then it is common to have problems with bronchitis and cough. So today we are going to tell a homemade recipe that can cleanse a person's lungs in just 3 days.

Materials needed to make a recipe


     Clean and chopped onions - 400 grams

     Turmeric - 2 teaspoons
     Water - 1 liter
     Brown Sugar - 400 gm
     Ginger root - 1 small piece

How to make a recipe?



Take a bigger utensil and fill it with water. Boil it by adding brown sugar to the water. Then the root of ginger and onions lay in it. Ginger and turmeric flakes after boiling for a while. Keep the fire low when boiling this mixture. After boiling and after boiling, leave it to cool and then put it in the refrigerator.




Eat 2 tablespoons of it in the morning before breakfast and two hours after dinner. Apart from this, you can also exercise for better results.
