Dalmiya's 25 million built Shahjahan Red Fort | Shah jahan's Iconic Red Fort in Delhi is now Dalmia Bharat group's Red fort |

For the first time in India's history, a corporate house has adopted the historical heritage. Dalmiya Bhartiya Group has said that the Red Fort is being developed on the lines of European fortresses.

For the first time in India's history, a corporate house has adopted the historical heritage. Yes! Dalmiya Bharat Group has adopted the Red Fort in Delhi, symbolized by Indian sovereignty, for five years. The Mughal emperor Shah Jahan constructed it in the 17th century. After the British left India, on 15 August every year, the country's prime minister celebrates freedom by blowing the tricolor, in which every citizen of the country becomes a member.

Dalmia Group has adopted it under the 'Adopt a Heritage' policy of the Narendra Modi government. In the race to advertise the Red Fort, legendary companies like Indigo Airlines and GMR Group were also involved. But, Dalmiya Bharat Group has adopted the historic building on the contract for five years, overtaking them. In this regard, on April 9, Dalmiya Bharat Group had entered into an agreement with the Ministry of Tourism, Ministry of Culture and Archaeological Survey of India. Dalmia Group is contemplating ways of developing Red Fort to make it popular among tourists.

Red Fort will be developed on the lines of European fortresses

Mahendra Singhi, CEO of Dalmiya Bharat Group, said that work will be started within 30 days in the Red Fort. They said, 'Red Fort got us in the beginning for five years. The contract can also be extended later. Every tourist will be a customer for us and it will be developed on the same lines.

We will try that tourists do not stop here only once, but come again and again. Some of the fortresses of Europe are very small compared to the Red Fort, but they have been developed very well. We will also develop the Red Fort on the same lines and it will be one of the best monuments in the world. '' Under the contract, Dalmia Group will have to undertake development work in the Red Fort within the stipulated time frame.

The company will charge only the fee

Dalmiya Bharat Group will start collecting charges from tourists after getting necessary approval from Ministry of Tourism and Culture. The company said that it plans to spend only on the maintenance and development of the historical building of the revenue collected from the activities of the Red Fort. Given the Independence Day, the Red Fort will have to be handed over to security agencies in July so that necessary security arrangements can be made for the flag hoisting by the Prime Minister. It is known that PM Narendra Modi will address the country with the ramparts of the Red Fort for the last time this year in the current tenure.
